I deal with my anger in very different ways, depending on who I'm angry with and the reason. Sometimes I sulk and stay quiet. Other times I try to talk out the disagreement. And other times I get very mad and shout at people (even if I'm not mad at them specifically). One big problem is that when I'm very angry I tend to cry, which never helps my argument.
One thing that always, without fail, causes me to lose my temper, is my darling father, whom I love very much. Sometimes he'll criticize me for no good reason which always makes me mad.
One day, when I came home from soccer practice, my father says to me, Cassie, there is no reason for your room to get this messy! I was outraged and began to list the many, many reasons. During the week, I shouted, I go to soccer, eat, do my homework, shower, and go to sleep. Most weekends I have time (on Saturdays) but this weekend, as you may recall, I spent with my cousins in Queens! After that he realized how very wrong he was.
